Marketing Communications Specialist

 

Arrowhead Brass is looking for a creative individual with well-defined storytelling skills on digital media platforms. We want someone to tell the story of Arrowhead Brass and how our products enhance our customers’ world. Along with building online relationships and trust with our customers and followers.

 

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate interested in honing their digital marketing and communication skills and is a diligent, conscientious worker who is a quick learner. The ideal candidate will also have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

This position will manage Arrowhead Brass’s social media platforms and website and help craft customer communications, catalog development, and other duties as needed to help grow our online presence and assist in the growth of the Arrowhead Brass brand recognition.

 

The Marketing Communications Specialist is a full-time position that will work remotely and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

 

Marketing Communications Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage all of Arrowhead Brass’s social media platforms
  • Benchmarking trends on social media and utilizing knowledge to develop creative, appropriate, and customized content to help improve brand recognition and sales
  • Communicate professionally and accurately with individuals and inquiries on our social media platforms
  • Help manage the Arrowhead Brass website, including updating content, adding blogs, and managing SEO
  • Track and report the effectiveness of online content
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop content about our products and new product launches
  • Create compelling and sharable information for all Arrowhead Brass digital outlets
  • Create and implement social media calendar
  • Assist in the development and editing of marketing collateral
  • Accept other tasks assigned to this position

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business management with a focus on marketing
  • One to two years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of building audiences
  • Experience in crafting engaging communications for customers on digital platforms
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • SEO best practices experience
  • Strong time management
  • Website management (specifically WordPress)
  • Graphic design and graphic editing experience (specifically with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva)
  • Experience in video editing
  • Experience with social media schedulers
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Receptive to feedback and iteration of feedback

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Written and spoken Spanish
